Tony Werner, the senior vice president and chief technology officer of Liberty Global Inc., will keynote CED magazine’s second annual Cable Television & Broadband Expo , a “virtual” tradeshow that will take place entirely on the Web on Dec. 7 and 8.

In addition to Werner’s keynote, the show will feature eight panels on important subjects such as IPTV, enhanced television, VOD, IP telephony, bandwidth management, and emerging broadband technologies.
