Valpey Fisher Announces VCXO with Extended Temperature Range

Valpey Fisher Corporation today announced its latest product offering: the VFHV570, voltage controlled crystal oscillator, which offers wide pull range with extended temperature range. The device delivers frequency stability of ±50ppm and is also available across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +175°C in a 5.0 x 7.0 mm SMD package.

Introduced today and showcasing at MILCOM 2011 booth #2025 in Baltimore, Maryland USA, the VFHV570 offers output frequencies from 1MHz to 80 MHz in a LVCMOS output with supply voltages of 3.3V, or 5.0V. For tracking accuracy of a PLL design, the device’s absolute pull range minimum is ±100 ppm.
