Having a resistance range from 0.01 O to 550 kO, Vishay Intertechnology’s D2TO35 35-W thick film power resistor has a thermal resistance of 4.28°C/W junction-to-case at 25°C. The tinned-copper connections for the device support soldering temperatures at +270°C and are specified for operation in a temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. The RoHS-compliant resistor features a standard temperature coefficient of ±150 ppm/°C at resistance values of greater than or equal to 0.50 O with standard tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±10%. The TO-263-packaged (D2PAK) device measures 10.10 x 10.40 mm with a profile of 4.50 mm. Pricing starts at $2.90 each for minimum order quantities and $1.90 each in high-volume orders.
