The 14 models in the offer a selection of low DC resistance (0.014O to 0.5O), high inductance (1.0 µH to 100 µH) and high current ratings (0.8 – 8.5A). The device offers what is said to be the industry’s highest rated current (3.0A @ 10µH) in the 6 mm x 6 mm form factor. With the equivalent performance of larger 7mm to 10mm square devices, the 26 percent to 64 percent smaller footprint, respectively, of NR6045T series devices facilitates more compact DC-DC converters and thinner-profile product designs.
