TFT Modules with Sunlight Readability

ec7nod806a-LPhoenix Display International (PDI), Inc. introduced its line of 2.2" TFTs with QCIF+ (176 × 220) resolution. These sunlight-readable LCDs offer high brightness, contrast and color saturation with optimal transflective properties for outdoor applications. The TFT cells are manufactured using high aperture panel technology, high transmittance color filters and high transmission polarizers that result in a clear and bright display that is suitable for high ambient light or outdoor, high brightness applications. The sunlight-readable model M1360T021 is illuminated with four white side LEDs and offers brightness of 400 cd/m2 (typical). This model also uses an LGDP4522 LCD controller and driver.
