Before joining Shopatron, Morrison served as CFO at, an online marketplace and comparison-shopping site. At Morrison directed all financial and administrative activities and managed the company's acquisition by Market America Worldwide in . Previously, he spent four years as CFO at Heller Ehrman, a large international law firm. Morrison was also the CFO of Consolidated Freightways, a publicly traded shipping and logistics company with revenues over $4 billion.
