The sentencing for a former Koss Corp. executive accused of embezzling about $34 million has been postponed a month to November.
Sujata "Sue" Sachdeva agreed in July to plead guilty to all six felony frauds counts against her. She's also agreed to pay an estimated $34 million in restitution to Koss Corp.
She will be sentenced Nov. 18 in federal court in Milwaukee. She was to be sentenced Oct. 18.
The 46-year-old is the former vice president of finance for the Milwaukee stereo headphone manufacturer. She has been free on a $50,000 signature bond.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Sachdeva spent the money on luxury clothing, furs, jewelry, shoes, art objects, vacations and improvements to her Mequon home.
