Danish brewer Carlsberg has extended its agreement with IBM to continue providing information technology services to the company through 2016.
IBM said it will provide the services to Carlsberg's 10 subsidiaries in Europe and build the brewer a new SAP infrastructure.
The contract was signed this month and extends the original agreement, which was signed in 2005. Financial terms were not disclosed.
IBM shares fell 64 cents to $128.73 in afternoon trading.
