Clemex Technologies Inc. (TSXV:CXG.A), an image analysis solutions provider, booked third-quarter income for fiscal 2010 of $10,886 compared with $7,262 in the comparable year-earlier period.

Both earnings equalled less than a penny a share while revenues for the three months ended Jan. 31 slipped to $990,375 from $1.3 million in the 2009 quarter.

Clement Forget, president and chief executive of the company, said Wednesday that the development of its new medical instrument for hematology applications should be ready this spring, with the first sales expected by fall.

Shares of the company were unchanged at 12 cents on the TSX Venture market Wednesday.
