SRA International Inc. said Monday it agreed to buy privately held environmental consulting firm Perrin Quarles Associates Inc.
SRA, which sells technology and consulting help to companies and government agencies, did not disclose financial terms of the purchase.
The deal will close in about a month and add $6 million of revenue to SRA over the rest of its fiscal year, but won't add significantly to earnings, SRA said.
Perrin Quarles specializes in developing air-quality and climate-change programs for environmental agencies. It has nearly 100 employees and is based in Charlottesville, Va.
Shares of SRA fell 8 cents to close at $17.70.
