On the outside, UVify's new Draco quadcopter has a very unassuming presence. Little does the public know, however, that a speed demon lurks beneath this drone's surface.
This machine can reach a top speed of 100 mph, which rivals the racing capabilities of other fast-flying drones. The lightweight design not only enables incredible speed, but the carbon-fiber shell also protects the components from damage as it zooms across tough terrains. The components are built to be swappable, allowing consumers to easily modify or repair the device in a short amount of time.
According to UVify, "Draco's electronic speed controller is maintained by an algorithm that precisely measures motor function and temperature as you fly, within 1/4000 of a second. Draco's motor and battery feedback system allows you to maintain consistent RPM throughout flight until your battery is fully drained, delivering peak performance throughout your flight."
UVify created a quadcopter with serious athletic talents. This device can perform 360° flips, somersaults, barrel rolls, and charge around sharp turns. If you're interested in freestyle flying, drone racing, or dynamic aerial photography, then Draco is the ideal product. GPS assistance is included in its design, as well as first person view (FPV) capabilities.
Pre-orders are currently available, and shipments will start as early as this summer.
