• Hewlett-Packard has re-entered the tablet market with its wallet-friendly, Slate 7 device, which features a 13-ounce frame, housing a 7-inch 1024 X 600 display.
• Microchip has announced its BodyCam Technology, providing designers with the world's first framework for using the human body as a secure communication tool.
• InfoMotion Sports Technologies has unveiled its 94Fifty sensor basketball that measures basketball skills in real time.
