The LTM28822500VRMS galvanically isolated dual RS232 ?Module transceiver with integrated 1W isolated power and also requires no external components. Up to 65% efficiency is achievable, with surplus power available at a 5V regulated output. The device meets RF and magnetic field immunity test requirements per European standard EN550024.
