Designed for operation in extreme environments, Absopulse Electronics’ RWY 65 fully encapsulated 500-W DC/DC converter meets EN50155, EN55022 Class B, and EN50121-3-2 as well as IEC 61373 Cat 1 A & B and Cat 2 shock and vibration standards. The converter delivers standard outputs of 12, 24, 36, 48 or 110 VDC and can be operated from 48, 72, 96 or 110 Vdc supply voltages. The 153 x 72 x 269-mm device is entirely potted with a thermally-conductive military-grade silicon rubber compound with a UL94V-0 flammability rating.  Conduction cooled, the supply is rated for operation over a -40 to +70 degreesC cold-plate temperature range without derating.
