FDK Corp. announces two high performance DC/DC converters to its Senpai Series of non-isolated point-of-load (POL) converters. The FPMR12TR7510 converter operates from a 6.0V to 14.0V DC input bus that and delivers up to 10A in a small industry-standard footprint with a power density of up to 780W/cubic inches. The converter operates from a 3.0V DC to 5.5V DC input bus, and it delivers up to 25A. The FPLR05SR7525 converter comes in an SMD package with industry-standard footprint and pin-out, and it provides a tightly-regulated programmable output voltage in the range of 0.75V DC to 3.63V DC. Both models feature remote ON/OFF, over-current and over-temperature protection, output voltage adjust, and they are compatible with standard trim equations.
