These single-input, single-output isolated converters are now available with input voltage from 3V DC to 15V DC and output voltage from 50V DC to 300V DC. They operate from -55°C to +85°C with no heat sink or electrical derating required. The device delivers 100 mA output current from a single AA battery with possible fixed output voltages of 2.7V, 3.0V and 3.3V, operating from an input voltage between 0.75 and 2V. It offers an integrated unique low-voltage boot circuit which ensures start-up even with high load currents. The minimum start-up voltage of 0.95V is independent of the load current.
