The BR 1/2AA provides reliable power at extreme operating temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. Their extreme temperature tolerance, low self-discharge rate, and compact design make these cells suitable for difficult field applications, including meter monitoring, RFID, and electronic toll collection. Dytran Instruments, Inc. announced the model 3088C high temperature, charge mode accelerometer that is capable of operating at temperatures up to +600°F.
