SMT frequency synthesizer operates from 118 to 130 MHz
The LX-130-XA is a surface-mount frequency synthesizer from EM Research, operating from 118 to 130 MHz and featuring exceptionally-low phase noise (<-142 dBc/Hz @ 100 KHz) when locked to a 10 MHz external reference. The device can also be programmed to utilize either 10 KHz or 25 KHz step sizes via 3-wire serial programming.
Other features of the LX-130-XA include output power of +7 dBm, low spurious rejection (<-70 dBc) and low harmonic suppression (<-40 dBc). The LX-130-XA, housed in a surface-mount package of 0.75” x 0.75” x 0.15”, operates off a +5 VDC supply and draws <150 mA of current.
The LX Series is available in fixed or programmable frequency bands from 50 MHz to over 8 GHz, with up to octave bandwidths. The LX is optionally available with internal TCXO reference (<±2.5 ppm stability) and output power up to +10 dBm.
