The intelligent Ethernet system MSX-E3121 is meant for the acquisition and output of analog and digital signals in a harsh environment. It has 6 differential inputs, 24-bit, 4 analog outputs, 16-bit, and 32 digital I/O, 24 V. The maximal acquisition frequency is 100 kHz per channel. The analog I/O can be configured as voltage or current line. Acquisition is started via a 24 V trigger input, data is calculated or filtered with an ARM 9 processor. The system can be synchronised in the μs range and freely cascaded with other systems of the MSX-E series. Thus a simultaneous data acquisition from several systems is possible. The system has an IP 65 degree of protection and is suited for an operating temperature from -40 °C to +85 °C. For an easy configuration and monitoring the system comes with a web server. The following input voltage can be selected: ± 10 V, ± 1 V, ± 100 mV, ± 10 mV, 0-10 V, 0-1 V, 0-100 mV, 0-10 mV (gain: 1, 10, 100, 1000). The outputs allow a voltage range from ±10 V or 0-10 V and a current range of 0-2 mA. The output voltage is set to „0“ after reset to protect the facility.
