ITW Insulcast’s RTVS 3-95-2 is specifically formulated for applications requiring very high thermal conductivity, superior performance over a wide temperature range and ease of use. The product features very high thermal conductivity and temperature capability. Meets the requirements of UL 94-0 with good flowability and a 1:1 Mix Ratio.
