Juki 509 Ceramic NozzlesCount On Tools Inc. now offers redesigned Juki 509 Ceramic Nozzles in both gold and silver styles. This nozzle design enables highly accurate, repeatable, optimized chip placement for 0201 micro-components.

Count On Tools ceramic nozzles are based on a proven design that has been in use in SMT equipment for more than 10 years. The COT oval ceramic nozzle design also prevents nozzle clogging, increasing performance while significantly extending the life of the tooling.

Count On Tools provides both standard Juki nozzles (Type 500-508) and custom designs (Type 510-558; 800-803 Grippers) as well as special nozzle designs for odd-form components such as LEDs, switches, connectors and more. The company also specializes in nozzle rework and spare parts as an alternative to purchasing new nozzles. Spare parts include replacement rubber tips, ceramic tips, sliders, screws, springs, green housing disks, filters, etc.

The expanded Juki nozzle range is guaranteed to function properly with the following pick-and-place equipment: KE2010, KE2020, KE2030, KE2040 (gold nozzles), KE2050, KE2060, KE2070, KE2080, KE3020, KE1070, KE1080, FX-1, FX-2, FX-3, JX-100 and JX-100LED (silver nozzles).

“Our objective with this product line is to offer our customers a more cost-effective solution that will perform as well as or better than conventional nozzles. Based on initial customer response, we have seen our nozzles both improve pick-and-place accuracy rates and increase overall machine performance while providing significant cost savings,” said Curt Couch, President.

All SMT nozzles and consumables are guaranteed to function properly with the original equipment. Every product manufactured by Count On Tools comes standard with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If any customer is not 100 percent satisfied with the performance or quality of a product, Count On Tools will replace it or offer a full refund.
