With a current range from 500 mA to 700mA and a tolerance of 15 percent, Intellimax FPF23xx Series dual load switches from Fairchild Semiconductor are suitable for multiple-USB port power applications. The load switches also have a leakage current of less than 3 µA with current limiting and a less than 20 µs protection response.
