Operating at temperatures as high as 150 ° C without derating, the T410H, T610H, T810H, and T1010H  TRIACs from STMicroelectronics supply maximum current of 4 A, 6 A, 8 A, and 10 A respectively.  With a low gate current of 10 A, the devices maintain a 75 V per micro second noise immunity and allow direct switching of the TRIAC, saving component count and reducing the size of the power supply.
