Incorporating microwave cavities in the design, SRF300/SRF303 series broadband TO-5 relays from Teledyne operate in the frequency band from DC to 6 GHz. The cavities allow operation at higher frequencies with low insertion and return loss and high isolation. With two extra pins for customer-specified options, the relays come in both RoHS-compliant as well as Sn60 or Sn63 versions with 450mW (SRF300) or 200mW (SRF303) of operating power.  The shock- and vibration-resistant devices operate from –55°C to +85°C.
