The QFN packaged GaAs MMIC linear power amplifier covers 5.5 GHz to 7.5 GHz and has 49 dBm OIP3 and 16.5 dB small signal gain. Model XP1039-QJ offers an on-chip temperature compensated power detector. The product also includes on-chip ESD protection structures and DC bypass capacitors. The amplifier comes in a RoHS compliant, industry standard, molded 6 mm x 6 mm QFN package and is suited for linear communications applications. The company asserts it performs 100 percent RF testing on the XP1039-QJ.
