A family of devices has recently expanded Molex’s RF connector and cabling solutions. With push-pull latching that mates with SMA threaded connectors, the Molex QMA 50-Ohm RF coaxial connector has 80 lbs. of axial retention. The BNC 75-Ohm connector and cable assembly line offers passive connectors and coaxial cabling. Sub-miniature SMA field-receptacle connectors have threaded coupling, offer minimized reflections, and have high-frequency attenuation with low-loss up to 27 GHz. The high-frequency multiport-RF solution offers configuration options such as 50-Ohm and 75-Ohm versions with right-angle, through-hole, and vertical SMT packaging.
