Adhesive Changes Color When Cured

Tue, 06/16/2009 - 7:33am

Enabling quick assembly and accurate bond-line inspection, the color-changing Dymax 3-20794 adhesive bonds to a variety of substrates when exposed to UV-light. Utilizing See-Cure technology, the adhesive starts out blue in its uncured state and turns clear as the adhesive cures.  A fluorescing feature allows the adhesive to be visually detected when exposed to low-intensity black light before and after it has been cured as an additional quality control measure.
