Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announces its bidirectional asymmetrical (BiAs) single-line ESD protection diode that offers a low capacitance in the small SOD923 package. With a compact 0.6 mm × 1.0 mm footprint and a low profile of 0.4 mm, the VCUT0714A-02Z is designed to reduce the board space required for ESD protection in portable electronics for mobile computing, mobile communication, consumer, industrial, automotive and medical applications.

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. introduces its transmissive (interrupter) optical sensors that are qualified to the AEC Q101 standard. Models TCPT1300X01 and TCUT1300X01 have a Moisture Sensitivity Level rating of 1 (MSL1) which means they have an unlimited floor life. These sensors offer a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, enabling them to work in low- and high-temperature environments.

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. announces its SKY13292-365LF, a 4 × 2 switch matrix that combines a digital decoder with the RF switching network and tone/voltage detect designed for European- and Asian-market applications including direct broadcast satellite (DBS) low noise block (LNB). The LNB is located on the satellite dish antenna and amplifies/downconverts to a 0.7 GHz to 2.15 GHz IF.
