agilent InfiniiVision 7000 SeriesEquipped with a 12.1” displays for close to a 40 percent increase in display area over other scopes in their class, the InfiniiVision 7000 Series of mixed-signal and digital-storage oscilloscopes now offers bandwidths from 100 MHz to 1 GHz with a deep-memory waveform update rate of up to 100,000 waveforms per second. Available applications include serial decode and trigger for I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, mask/waveform limit testing, RS-232, and other UART testing. Additional features include segmented memory for analysis of laser pulses, radar bursts and serial packets; offline PC viewing and sharing of previously acquired scope data; and RF contextual viewing of scope data using vector signal-analysis software. The  7” deep device weighs 14 lbs. From $4,995.
