MCU Family Offers 1.65 MIPS/MHz Performance
Intended for applications that must run large-scale programs rapidly while achieving high performance levels, the RX family of 32-bit microcontrollers (MCU) deliver a processing performance of 1.65 MIPS/MHz while consuming 0.03mA/MHz CPU core current. Features include up to 2MB of on-chip flash that can be accessed at 100 MHz in a single clock cycle and 32 KB of data flash that enables data to be written at the same time a program is executing. The devices are available in 144-pin LQFP and 176-pin BGA packages.
