ec92od403awebFeaturing a viewing angle of ±60° with a high radiant intensity of 16 mW/sr at 100 mA, the VSMF4720 870-nm infrared emitter from Vishay is billed as having the industry's lowest forward voltage and highest radiant intensity of any such device in the PLCC2 package. The device offers high power output up to 1 A and 50-mW optical power. The emitter features forward voltage of 1.45 V at 100 mA and 2.1 V at 1 A. From $0.32 in 5,000-piece quantities.
