MEMS Oscillator Exhibits ±10-ppm Frequency Stability

SiTime SiT9102Presenting randon rms phase jitter of <1 ps, SiTime’s SiT9102 differential output MEMS oscillator demonstrates frequency stability of ±10 ppm. The component is programmable for LVPECL (2.25 V to 3.63 V), LVDS (2.25 V to 3.63 V) and CML (1.80 V; 2.25 V to 3.63 V) standards, as well as any frequency between 10 MHz and 220 MHz and selected frequencies in the 220-MHz and 800-MHz range. Applications include servers, routers, RAID controllers, fiber channel, PCI-Express, Gigabit Ethernet and optical networking equipment. The device comes in a 6-pin package measuring 5 mm × 3.20 mm × 0.85 mm or 7 mm × 5 mm × 0.85 mm.
