ESD Arrays Exhibit Low Capacitance and Leakage Current

With a typical capacitance of 0.7 pF and a maximum leakage current as low as 0.085 µA, the VBUS053AZ-HAF ESD-protection array from Vishay guards USB-OTG ports against transient voltage signals. The device provides three lines of USB ESD protection at a 5.5-V working voltage, and one line of VBUS protection at 12 V. Features include transient protection per IEC 61000 4 2 at 15 kV (air and contact discharge) and IEC 61000 4 5 (lightning). From $16.00 each per 100 pieces.
