Design Kits Calibrate Optoelectronic Devices
Mounting optoelectronic devices directly or remotely via a connectorized configuration, OPTEK Technology’s OCB100 Series auto-calibration design kits enable engineers to calibrate optoelectronic devices. The systems regulate reflective, interruptive, and special opto sensors to produce a consistent output, and can set internal phototransistor load resistance for ~2.500 KO, ~9.600 KO, or ~27 KO. LED lights indicate when the device is calibrated, that the device could not be calibrated, and when the analog output has reached the logical trip point higher than the calibration point or lower than the calibration point. The kits include a OCB100CZ (PC board calibration circuit with OCB100 MC24 mating cable), a OPB350C125Z (fluid sensor for 0.125” O.D. tubing), a OPB732CZ (medium distance reflective object sensor), a OPB885CZ (slotted switch with 0.375” slot width), a 0.125” tubing sample, and a label/liner sample. Pricing ranges from $31.94 to $42.59 each, depending on quantity.
