Arbitrary Waveform Generator PCIe Card Includes 256 MB
Operating at 20 MS/s, Strategic Test's UF2e-6011 two-channel, 14-bit arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) PCI Express card contains 128 MS (256 MB) of signal memory. Each channel has its own 14-bit DAC to ensure synchronous output and a choice of three reconstruction filters (4th order Butterworth lowpass), giving bandwidths of 5 MHz, 1 MHz, or 100 kHz, with a software-selectable no-filter option. The product presents a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of >61.5 dB, total harmonic distortion (THD) of <70.4 dB and spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of >85.5 dB. The boards can be expanded to 2 GS (4 GB) through a proprietary onboard DIMM module, and streaming from multiple hard disks in a RAID configuration is possible at up to 60 MS/s. Options consist of multiple replay, gated sampling, 2-bit/DAC digital outputs, star hub, BaseXIO, an amplifier board, and 512-MB, 1,024-MB, 2,048-MB, or 4,096-MB onboard memory. Pricing is $3,999.
