The 9RS08LE4 exhibits a voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, a RS08 core with capability from 1 MHz to 20 MHz, 4K Flash, 256 B RAM, 8-channel keyboard interrupt, up to 26 GPIOs, LVD, and RTI.
