Dual-channel DACs Designed for High-performance Apps

ec91ic402awebIntegrating two DACs on a single device, eight TxDAC transmit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) from Analog Devices are designed for communications, industrial, instrumentation and other demanding high-performance applications. Dissipating 220-mW at their maximum sample rate, the AD911x series feature 2-mA full-scale output current. Each TxDAC integrates two 14-, 12-, 10- or 8-bit digital-to-analog converters with sample rates up to 125 MSPS (mega-samples-per-second). The AD971x series features 1-mA to 4-mA maximum differential output current. Power dissipation at 2-mA output current is 37-mW at 10 MSPS, and 53-mW at 50 MSPS. The AD911x series has 4-mA to 20-mA maximum differential output current. The devices achieve 85-dB SFDR to 10-MHz.
