Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, the LT3724 from Linear Technology is a 60 V (65 V max.) low quiescent current (100 µA) switching regulator DC/DC controller used in step-down, step-up, inverting, and SEPIC topologies. A power supply incorporating the DC/DC controller can convert a 4 V to 60 V input supply to a regulated output ranging from 1.23 V to 36 V in applications such as industrial, 12 V and 42 V automotive, heavy equipment, avionics and telecom power systems.
