Containing a cap layer over a dielectric stack, Deposition Sciences’ (DSI) newest member of the Transparent Conductive Optical Coatings family allows a single element or material to perform the dual functions of EMI shielding and light filtering. The product can be applied to flat sheet stock or precision optics, and exhibit transmission between 450 nm and 1,150 nm in the visible through the infrared spectrum. The coating is compatible with DSI’s dichroic filter technology, enabled by DSI’s Microdyn sputtering technology, and suitable for use in unmanned aircraft system payloads.
