LED Displays High Light Output
Performing at 9.8 W, Cree’s XLamp MC-E multi-chip LED exhibits up to 790 lumens at 6,000K and up to 605 lumens at 3,000 K with color options of cool white, warm white, and neutral white. The 7 mm × 9 mm component offers thermal resistance of 3°C/W, an electrically neutral thermal path, 110° typical viewing angle, and an LED junction temperature of 150°C. The MIL-STD-883D Class 2-classified LED presents individual LED dies with a typical coefficient of voltage of -4 mV/°C, 700 mA max DC forward current, reverse voltage of 5 V, and typical forward voltages of 3.2 V at 350 mA and 3.4 V at 700 mA. The unit suits color-changing lighting, portable and personal lighting, indoor directional lighting, commercial lighting, and emergency-vehicle lighting.
