Offering a wavelength response at 450 nm, the ODA-5WB-100k from Opto Diode, is a 5 mm² photodiode-preamplifier, that is a blue-green-enhanced device. The silicon detector-preamp features 100 KO gain (custom gains are also available, upon request). Responsivity ranges from 400 nm to 1100 nm, with a peak spectral response of 940 nm and features a large active area, high sensitivity, and low noise. The detector is hermetically sealed in a TO-39 can for integration into new or existing systems. Storage and operating temperatures range from -25°C to 100°C. The device is suitable for industrial and biomedical applications, such as fluorescence and phosphorescence.
