Presented as the first commercially available, the SMK 15.4 development kit from Stantum Technologies can enable designers and integrators to develop a multi-touch display user interface. The resulting interface lets users simultaneously move an unlimited number of fingers, nails or utensils (such as styli) on a screen. The accuracy of the system is less than 4 pixels or 0.5 mm. The development kit comes with a 15.4" widescreen TFT LCD and a multi-touch sensor with an electronic controller and cross-platform drivers for WIN, Mac and Linux with a top-level application programming interface as well as USB and standard 15-pin or DVI-D connectors.
