Analog Multiplexers and Switches Help in Precision Instrumentation
Intended for use in precision instrumentation, Vishay Intertechnology’s DG-series of analog multiplexers and switches have leakage currents ranging from 0.25 to 5 nA. Provided in a leadless 1.80 × 2.60-mm miniQFN package as well as TSSOP and SOIC packaging, the components have a charge injection ranging from 0.50 to 1.00 pC and a switch capacitance of 2 or 3 pF. With on-resistance values ranging from 66 to 72 O, the devices operate from a 2.7 to 12.0 V single supply or from ±2.50 to ±5 V dual supplies which are fully specified at 3, 5, and ±5 V. The control logic inputs have 2-V logic high limits when operating from 5 or ±5 V supplies and low-voltage logic compatibility when operating from a 3-V supply. The multiplexers and switches have an operating temperature range from -40 to 125ºC. Pricing starts from $0.75 in 1K quantity.
