Discrete Network Resistors Operate in Harsh Environments

Tue, 12/11/2007 - 9:23am

ec7nbpc806a-LIRC Advanced Film Division introduced a range of high temperature resistive products, including the PFC-HT Series chip resistor, PFC-HT Divider Series voltage divider, 1900 Series DIP resistor network and the 4700 Series SIP resistor network. Applications are in satellites, down-hole instrumentation, and oil and gas well-logging equipment. The high temperature chip resistor and voltage divider feature wrap-around non-leaching terminations with either gold-plated or 100 percent tin (Pb-free) versions that enable the devices to operate at elevated temperatures. Devices outside these specifications can be made to meet customer requirements. Both the 1900 series and 4700 series devices are qualified to MIL-PRF-83401, while the PFC-HT and PFC-HT Divider products are qualified to MIL-PRF-55342.
