Toshiba Corp. launches of a 4 GB microSDHC card, expanded its line of small-format, high-speed, high-capacity memory cards for mobile phone applications. This card meets SD memory card standard Ver. 2.003, the standard for high density SD products with a capacity of over 2 GB. It is designed for use in dedicated microSDHC slots, but it can also be used in standard SDHC card slots in an adapter. Features include storage for large capacity files such as high-resolution images and music, “Class 4” SD speed class with a minimum sustained data write of 4MB/s, a maximum writing speed of 6MB/s6 and a secure CPRM7 copyright technology.
