Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX7453 high-performance, three-channel video reconstruction filter and buffer for Y/C (S-video) and CVBS video signal applications This device enables designers to turn two system-on-a-chip DAC outputs into three video outputs to support SD requirements. To enable this performance, each channel integrates a high-performance lowpass filter, CVBS summer, and video buffer. It is suitable for set-top boxes, personal video recorders, hard-disk recorders, and DVD players.
