ProTek Devices’ SRV25-4 is a dual-USB port protection array that features ultra low capacitance (3.5pF typical). It provides ESD protection (> 25 kilovolts). It can clamp effects of electrical fast transients (EFT) on the power bus. The SRV25-4 combines 8 low capacitance steering diodes for up to 4 individual data or transmission lines and 1 TVS diode for power bus protection. It is available in the space-saving DFN-10 package, which minimizes lead inductance to prevent overshoot voltages during high ESD current events. ProTek Devices’ PLR0524P is an ultra low capacitance (0.4pF typical [I/O to I/O]) steering diode / TVS array. This device is designed to protect computing applications such as Gigabit Ethernet; DVI, HDMI and USB interfaces; high speed data lines; FireWire, SATA and PCIe interfaces; and IEEE 1394 to 3.2Gbps. It’s also ideal in telecommunications equipment and systems.
