This method of termination combines the advantages of crimping, insulation piercing and surface mount technology. The system consists of a surface mount terminal and a terminating machine that feeds the wire into the connector and makes the termination.

Stackable Plug-Connector System Increases Installation Flexibility

Phoenix Contact introduced its T-Box and M12 adapter cover as part of its DUPLICON product range that offer installation flexibility. The T-Box is a compact alternative to stackable power distributor sets, and its contact insert has two screw connections per terminal for looping the power cable.
