1 Giga Ethernet Switch

Westermo Data Communications offers its Model L1400 1 Giga Ethernet switch in its Lynx range. A proprietary protocol is implemented in the switch operating system that cuts reconfiguration time to 30 ms and even 20 ms for some applications. Features include small overall size and compactness, operating temperature range -40°C to +70°C, no moving parts inside, high levels of integration and a small number of sub-assemblies.

Fully Sealed 40A Automotive Relay

Global Components & Controls announces its Model G41 relay that is offered with an optional fully sealed enclosure to protect the relay from harsh environmental conditions. A “skirted” version is also offered in lieu of sealing. This automotive type relay, rated for loads of either 40A or 60A, is offered with coil voltages of 6V DC, 12V DC or 24V DC. Mounting choices are plug-in/socket mount, bracket mount (metal or plastic) or PCB mount. Available options include a diode (with choice of direction) or a resistor in parallel with the coil.
