The DSB3232 USB digital IO lines can be configured for input or output at the bit level supporting various logic family voltages. Those voltages included 1.8V, 2.5V 3.3V and 5V. Technicians wire the digital IO module using the on-board screw terminals. With the expanding number of logic level interface voltages, one of the challenges facing connecting devices to the USB bus is matching the required voltage levels and the DSB3232 meets those requirements.

JSB39616 USB 16 Channel Input Module

JSB39616 series of USB 16 channel switch input modules. Each channel input has an on-board pull-up resistor to sense switch (SW) closure or opening (SWNC). Typical applications include sensing dry contact closures from sources such as limit switches, proximity switches, selector switches, push buttons and photoelectric switches. In electrical noisy environments the DC versions provide isolated pull-up voltage and common so input channels are isolated from system (USB) side of module. Switch states can be monitored with a simple to use Windows interface using either a traditional DLL or managed class library.
